We're hiring a Sales Representative to generate leads, engage prospects, and close sales for our product portfolio. This target-driven role involves outbound outreach, qualification, proposal preparation, and account follow-up.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels; maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals; negotiate terms and close deals within guidelines.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and hand off closed accounts to account management or fulfillment teams.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and activity KPIs (calls, demos, pipeline).
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and campaigns.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends; provide feedback to leadership.

Qualifications (required)

  • 1–3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably B2B.
  • Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines.
  • Results-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
  • Right to work in the UAE.

Qualifications (preferred)

  • Experience selling technology, services, or industrial products.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and virtual demonstrations.
  • Arabic language skills an advantage.
