Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Lead Generation Executive
to join our team. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads through various channels to support the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and a proactive approach to building client relationships.

Salary range: AED 3500 to 4500

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and target potential clients through online platforms, databases, and market research.
  • Generate qualified leads via cold calling, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate client information.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making potential.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Track, report, and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online research methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent in follow-ups.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with B2B lead generation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and LinkedIn prospecting.
