RFZ Accounting reputable accounting firm operating in the UAE, providing comprehensive services including auditing, bookkeeping, VAT compliance, financial consulting, corporate structuring, and tax advisory to local and international clients. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth and build strong client relationships across the region.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting the firm's accounting services, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of professional services sales, preferably within accounting, finance, or consulting sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and target prospective clients across sectors such as SMEs, startups, and corporates.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive landscape in the UAE.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present the firm's service portfolio and value proposition effectively.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

Sales Operations

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing in alignment with firm policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (accounting, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and CRM updates.
  • Track sales performance metrics and submit regular reports to management.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely responses.

Brand Promotion

  • Represent the firm at networking events, industry meetups, and relevant business forums.
  • Support marketing efforts by sharing market insights and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in professional services, accounting, finance, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in selling intangible services (e.g., advisory, compliance, consultancy) is an advantage.

Key Skills

  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Client-centric with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
