JOB SUMMARY — CREATIVE & PRODUCT LEAD

The Senior Producer / Programming Manager is the creative strategist and product owner responsible for shaping, developing, and delivering TODA's concert series, cultural formats, and immersive digital products.

The role requires a sophisticated artistic vision, strong programming expertise, and commercial intelligence. The producer ensures that every event meets TODA's creative standards, resonates with audiences, and achieves commercial goals through close collaboration with Marketing, Technical, Production, and Partnerships teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.⁠ ⁠Programming Strategy & Product Development

Develop seasonal and annual programming aligned with TODA's artistic identity and GCC market trends.

Conceptualize and architect new concerts, cultural series, and immersive formats.

Curate performers, creators, and collaborators relevant to TODA's artistic direction.

Lead and supervise creative development throughout content creation, rehearsals, and staging.

Conduct continuous research into global performing arts, immersive media, and audience trends.

2.⁠ ⁠Full Product Ownership

Lead the full lifecycle of each product: concept → planning → production → execution → evaluation.

Align all departments (Technical, Production, Marketing, Partnerships) to ensure seamless delivery.

Oversee rehearsals, content readiness, staging, and overall show quality.

Maintain high artistic and production standards across all digital and live elements.

3.⁠ ⁠Commercial Strategy, Budget & KPI Responsibility

Define audience targets, product positioning, and value proposition.

Collaborate with Marketing on communication, promotion, and audience-development strategies.

Own product-level KPIs including attendance, revenue performance, and audience satisfaction.

Build product forecasts, revenue projections, and conduct post-event financial analysis.

Support pricing strategy and assess commercial viability of new concepts.

Manage allocated budgets and ensure efficient, cost-effective production planning.

4.⁠ ⁠Sponsorship & Partnerships

Identify and approach brand partners aligned with TODA's programming vision.

Develop sponsorship concepts and creative integrations.

Prepare pitch materials and represent TODA in meetings, ensuring strategic alignment.

COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS

Essential Experience

Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Producer, Programming Manager, Artistic Director, or similar role in performing arts, music, entertainment, or immersive experiences.

Proven success in developing and delivering high-quality artistic products.

Creative Leadership

Strong contemporary artistic vision for digital, immersive, and multidisciplinary environments.

Ability to guide and inspire artists, creators, and cross-functional teams.

Product Management & Ownership

High-ownership mindset with the ability to independently lead complex, multi-phase projects.

Strong planning and organizational skills; able to deliver under pressure and tight timelines.

Commercial & Marketing Aptitude

Strong commercial awareness and ability to evaluate product economics.

Experience with pricing strategy, audience development, and revenue-focused decision-making.

Confidence in owning KPIs and financial outcomes.

Communication & Negotiation

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Experience working with international talent, agents, and cultural partners.

Language & Cultural Competence

Fluent English (required).

Additional languages (Arabic or Russian) are an advantage due to regional context.

Familiarity with GCC cultural dynamics is preferred
