Senior YouTube Content Producer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Analysis:
   Conduct in-depth research on cryptocurrency and fintech trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to propose compelling video ideas. Analyze viral content in the crypto/fintech niche to identify winning formats and topics.
2. Storyboarding
   : Develop detailed storyboards for each video, outlining visuals, transitions, key scenes, and narrative flow to ensure engaging and educational content.
3. Scriptwriting:
   Write polished, on-brand scripts with strong hooks, clear explanations of complex crypto concepts, and optimized YouTube SEO elements (e.g., keywords, calls-to-action).
4. Studio Preparation:
   Set up our fully equipped Dubai-based studio for recording, configuring provided cameras, lighting, microphones, and props to achieve professional-grade production quality.
5. Video Editing:
   Edit raw footage into high-quality videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve), incorporating motion graphics, sound design, and crypto-specific visuals (e.g., charts, animations).
6. Thumbnail Creation:
   Design visually striking thumbnails using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva to maximize click-through rates and align with crypto audience aesthetics.
7. Publishing & Optimization:
   Upload videos to YouTube, optimizing titles, descriptions, tags, end screens, and cards to boost discoverability and engagement within the crypto community.
8. Performance Tracking:
   Monitor video performance metrics (e.g., views, watch time, engagement) and provide strategic recommendations based on data and viral content analysis.
9. Collaboration:
   Work closely with the creator to refine ideas, incorporate feedback, and ensure content aligns with the channel's vision and audience expectations.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in video production, with a strong track record of producing YouTube or similar digital content, ideally in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related fields (portfolio required).
2. Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and fintech space, with the ability to research and analyze trending topics, viral content, and audience behavior in this niche.
3. Expertise in scriptwriting and storyboarding, with a knack for simplifying complex crypto concepts for a broad audience.
4. Proven experience setting up professional studio environments, including configuring cameras, lighting, and audio equipment (equipment provided).
5. Advanced video editing skills, including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
6. Strong graphic design skills for creating thumbnails and visuals tailored to the crypto audience (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
7. In-depth knowledge of YouTube's algorithm, SEO best practices, and community guidelines, with a focus on maximizing reach in the crypto niche.
8. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
9. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
10. Currently based in Dubai, UAE, with a valid residence visa (visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates).
11. Senior-level professionalism, with the ability to take ownership of the production process and deliver high-quality results independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Direct experience producing cryptocurrency or fintech content, with a portfolio showcasing relevant videos, storyboards, or thumbnails.
2. Familiarity with YouTube analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ) and strategies for growing a niche audience.
3. Experience creating data-driven visuals (e.g., crypto price charts, blockchain animations) for educational or explainer videos.
