Job Title: Immersive Producer / Project Manager (1 Position)

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Immersive Producer / Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of XR, AR, VR and metaverse projects. In this role you will own planning, resourcing, budgets and execution while coordinating cross-disciplinary teams (creative, 3D, engineering, QA, marketing and external partners). The ideal candidate combines strong production discipline with a deep understanding of immersive pipelines and live event operations — able to translate creative briefs into realistic plans and deliver high-quality experiences on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery: Define scope, schedule, milestones, resourcing and budgets for immersive projects; drive delivery to agreed timelines and quality.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the single point of contact between creatives, developers, technical leads, vendors and stakeholders; manage handoffs and remove blockers.

Production Management: Create and manage production trackers, risk registers, asset pipelines, and QA plans; ensure tasks are assigned, tracked and closed.

Vendor & Partner Management: Source, negotiate and coordinate third-party studios, contractors and platform partners; manage contracts and deliverables.

Technical Oversight: Understand XR build pipelines (Unity/Unreal/WebXR), platform constraints and device performance implications to make informed trade-offs.

Event & Launch Ops: Plan and run live launches, demos, gallery installations or online events — logistics, moderation, rehearsal, on-site/remote support and post-mortems.

Quality Assurance: Oversee testing, playtests and platform validation across device targets; coordinate bug triage and release candidate sign-offs.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear status updates, demos and executive summaries; align expectations and escalate proactively.

Budget & Resource Control: Track spend, manage procurement, and report on financials and delivery metrics.

Documentation & Handover: Produce production documentation, runbooks, user guides and post-project retrospectives to capture learnings.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years producing digital, immersive or interactive projects (XR/VR/AR/games/interactive installations) with demonstrated delivery track record.

Project Management Skills: Proven at scoping, scheduling and delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects; comfortable with Agile and waterfall workflows.

Technical Fluency: Familiarity with Unity, Unreal, WebXR or similar engines and an understanding of asset pipelines, performance trade-offs and platform requirements.

Vendor & Budget Management: Experience managing external studios, contractors and project budgets.

Communication & Leadership: Strong written and verbal communication; able to lead meetings, run standups, and present to senior stakeholders.

Problem Solver: Excellent organisation, prioritisation and risk mitigation skills under tight deadlines.

Event Ops: Experience planning and operating live launches, gallery installs or remote demos is a plus.

Tools: Comfortable with project tools (Jira/Trello/Asana), version control basics, and documentation practices.
