Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
  • Provide technical guidance and feedback to team members while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project implementation adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may affect timelines or quality.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Demonstrate strong project management and time-management skills to meet critical deadlines.
  • Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, and reports.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BS Civil Engineering).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction of residential, commercial buildings, and private villas.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • RAK Municipality approval is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Experience:

  • Civil Engineering: 10 years (required)
  • Experience in residential, commercial, and villa construction projects
