Role Description
This is an on-site, contract-based role for an Executive Assistant located in Ras Al Khaimah. The Executive Assistant will perform crucial administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, and supporting executives in their day-to-day activities. Other responsibilities include handling communication with internal and external stakeholders and providing efficient administrative support to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience with managing and preparing Expense Reports
- Skills in Executive Support and handling high-priority responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written Communication abilities
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
