Experienced Personal Secretary

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel. Support executives on trips, ensuring seamless logistics and organization.
Assist with events, meetings, and company functions.
Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and administrative needs.
Handle bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks (invoicing, expense tracking).
Coordinate projects across departments to meet deadlines.
Maintain records, perform data entry, proofreading, and transcription.
Manage phone communications professionally and provide top-tier client support.
Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Outlook, and DocuSign for daily tasks.
Desired Candidate ProfileProven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative role.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and DocuSign.
High discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Experience in project coordination or event planning is a plus.
Availability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally with executives.
VISA can be provided, if necessary, for qualified candidates
Candidates with current valid work VISA preferred English speaking required, bilingual in Arabic a plus
