Overview
The Personal Secretary will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the senior management. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, visas, and accommodations.
- Prepare emails, letters, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence on behalf of management.
Coordination & Planning
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for meetings and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely reminders and action points for ongoing tasks and deadlines.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate minutes.
Operational Tasks
- Manage personal tasks as required (bank work, bill payments, bookings, etc.).
- Track expenses, prepare reimbursements, and maintain records.
- Assist in event planning, project follow-ups, and office management activities.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all business and personal information.
- Represent the management professionally in all communications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude, quick learner, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 5000 to 9000 AED
- Working Hours: As Per Director Schedule
- Additional Benefits: As Per UAE Law
