Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Veterinarian role based in Abu Dhabi. The Veterinarian will diagnose and treat medical conditions, perform surgeries, recommend appropriate treatments, and advise pet owners on care and preventive health practices. The role includes conducting examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with a dedicated veterinary team to deliver high-quality care to animals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Veterinary Medicine, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing surgical procedures
  • Experience in conducting diagnostic tests and interpreting results
  • Strong communication and client education skills to explain treatment plans and preventive care
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and provide compassionate care to animals
  • Attention to detail and skills in maintaining accurate medical records
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
  • MOCCAE License
    – Ministry of Climate Change & Environment license (UAE).
  • Strong Surgical & Clinical Skills
    – Experience in spay/neuter procedures, soft-tissue surgery, wound management, anesthesia, IV cannulation, and fluid therapy for pet animals.
  • Previous experience in a high-standard veterinary clinic or hospital is an advantage
