The Opportunity
We're seeking a Founding Growth Partner to own the Middle East market—starting from Dubai and expanding across the region. This isn't a traditional sales role. This is an entrepreneurial partnership where you build the business, own your results, and earn 30% of every sale you close. For life.
The Middle East automotive market is thriving—dealerships are expanding, digital transformation is accelerating, and the demand for efficient, high-quality solutions has never been higher. We need someone who understands this landscape, speaks the language of local dealers, and can build relationships both online and face-to-face.

CarBG works. Customers who adopt AI background replacement tools love them and keep using them. Now we need someone to take this proven solution and make it the go-to tool across the Middle East—dealer by dealer, city by city.
You'll be responsible for:
On-ground outreach: Meeting dealers face-to-face across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the broader GCC region
Digital growth: Running targeted campaigns, engaging automotive networks online, and closing deals remotely across MENA
Market intelligence: Understanding local dealership pain points, pricing sensitivities, and competitive dynamics
Strategic execution: Testing what works, killing what doesn't, and building repeatable systems that scale

Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proven experience in sales, growth, or business development (automotive industry experience is a major plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking initiative and driving results
Ability to work independently with high accountability
Comfortable with both digital outreach and face-to-face dealership meetings
Based in or have strong connections to the Middle East region
Preferred Preferred:
Existing network within the Middle Eastern automotive industry
Familiarity with car dealership operations, inventory management, and marketing challenges
Experience with growth hacking, digital marketing, or SaaS sales
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
