About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in SME lending and financing within the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in banking or through a Direct Sales Agency (DSA) model, focused specifically on generating and closing SME loan opportunities. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard SME clients requiring financing and working capital solutions.
  • Promote and sell SME lending products including corporate loans, trade finance, overdrafts, and business credit facilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to successful loan disbursement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and financial institutions to ensure seamless processing.
  • Analyze business financials to assess customer creditworthiness and eligibility.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Stay informed on UAE banking regulations, lending policies, and market trends.
  • Draft, prepare, and submit complete documentation required for loan applications.

Candidate Requirements

  • Mandatory UAE experience
    in banking or DSA
    focused only on SME lending/financing
    .
  • Minimum 1–2 years
    of pure SME loans and SME financing experience —
    no personal loan experience accepted
    .
  • Strong network and connections in the UAE SME market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
