We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Manager with strong PRO expertise and a strong focus on employee retention. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE labour regulations and proven experience managing HR operations and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all PRO-related activities, including MOHRE processes, employment visas, Emirates ID, medicals, renewals, and cancellations
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and government regulations
  • Oversee employee onboarding, contracts, HR documentation, and personnel records
  • Develop and support staff retention initiatives to reduce attrition
  • Address employee relations issues and provide practical HR solutions
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to provide retention insights
  • Advise and support line managers on HR matters, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience in Dubai
  • Mandatory hands-on experience handling PRO functions
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
  • Experience supporting operational teams and managing retention initiatives
  • Ability to join within one week
