Position Overview

Atlantis Dubai is seeking an experienced Manager, HR Operations to lead and enhance day-to-day human resources operations across its world-class resorts, Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal. This role is central to delivering a seamless colleague experience across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong HR service delivery within a large, multicultural luxury hospitality environment.

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations with proven team leadership responsibility
  • Strong background in managing HR processes within a large organization
  • Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • International exposure and experience in hospitality or service-driven industries preferred
