Commercial Partnerships Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, negotiate, and manage key partnerships with service providers in the luxury and concierge industry.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with our marketplace goals and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling offerings and campaigns that leverage partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor landscape to identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
- Establish metrics for success and report on the performance of partnerships to stakeholders.
- Facilitate training and onboarding for new partners to ensure alignment with our brand standards and expectations.
- Collaborate with partners to innovate new services and features that can be integrated into the marketplace.
5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales within the Concierge, FinTech or luxury services industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build long-lasting relationships.
- Proven experience in strategizing and executing successful partnership initiatives.
- Familiarity with the concierge services landscape and luxury market trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess partnership outcomes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Self-starter attitude with a passion for innovation in the customer experience.
- Bonus: Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
