to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in Deira. This role is responsible for handling guest laundry and valet items with care, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect guest laundry and valet items, noting any special instructions carefully.
- Tag, record, and track all items accurately.
- Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Deliver cleaned and pressed items to guest rooms safely and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of laundry orders and billing details.
- Handle guest inquiries related to laundry and valet services professionally.
- Ensure high standards of presentation and service quality.
- Work closely with Housekeeping and Laundry teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in laundry, valet, or housekeeping operations in a hotel is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
- Professional attitude and basic communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
