Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Dubai. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints. The representative will assist clients with appointment scheduling, provide detailed information about services, and ensure a seamless customer support experience. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collaborating with internal teams is also required to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Healthcare is essential
  • Strong Customer Service skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Experience in Customer Support, including handling inquiries and resolving issues
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy for managing customer databases and using communication tools
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional language proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
