About the Job:
Age Medical Center is seeking ambitious and experienced call center employees to join our dynamic team. If you possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service in the medical field, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receive phone calls from customers and answer their inquiries regarding medical services.
- Provide a clear and convincing explanation of services and offers, and convert potential customers' interest into actual appointments.
- Manage and organize patient appointments using CRM and the center's booking software.
- Follow up on leads and remind them of appointments.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience that reflects the organization's professional and medical image.
- Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of patients' medical information.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- At least two years of experience in a call center, with medical or clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to deal with customers tactfully and professionally under pressure.
- Good knowledge of online reservation systems and Microsoft Office programs.
- Good command of Arabic (spoken and written), and basic English.
- A pleasant, patient personality with a teamwork spirit.
