Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern position located in Dubai. The Sales Intern will support the sales team by engaging with clients, data calling , lead generation , understanding their needs, and offering tailored property solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with customer inquiries, participating in sales meetings, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service to build client relationships. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Sales experience or knowledge, including an understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Ability to assist with Sales Management and Training tasks to support team goals
  • Motivation to learn the nuances of the real estate industry and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Previous experience or a strong interest in the real estate sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
