Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an International Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand international customer bases, building and maintaining relationships with global clients, and identifying new market opportunities. Additional responsibilities include leading sales presentations, generating leads, achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver superior client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management, particularly in an international market
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis to drive sales and identify growth opportunities
  • Ability to lead teams, manage pipelines, and handle high-pressure sales environments
  • Fluency in English; multilingual skills are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly the Dubai market, is highly desirable
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
