What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of Public Relations or Marketing Communications Experience in a Luxury Hotel or Luxury Lifestyle environment in the UAE.
• Mastery in handling Confidential Information with the Utmost discretion, ensuring Seamless adherence to Privacy Protocols and Top-Notch security standards.
• Robust understanding of applicable Marketing, Media, and Communications laws across the UAE and Russian Federation and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets, ensuring all campaigns are compliant, credible, and 'FIVE-Styled' in execution.
• Brings exceptional Storytelling skills and a flair for writing Captivating content and press materials that echo FIVE's Bold energy and brand identity.
• Possesses a strong Network and in-depth Understanding of the Russian media landscape and influencer community, enabling Curated partnerships and Impactful brand visibility.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Russian, is required. (Additional languages are a Plus).
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
• Brings an energetic, self-driven Attitude and thrives in a Fast-Paced setting where creativity and precision go Hand in Hand.
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a 'Can-Do' Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes bold, market-specific Marketing and Communications strategies for Russia and CIS across Digital, Print, Public Relations, and Influencer channels.
• Crafts captivating Press Releases, Newsletters, Captions, and Marketing Copy in both English and Russian, maintaining Cultural Authenticity and 'FIVE-Styled' precision in Every Word.
• Builds and nurtures Relationships with Media Partners, Public Relations Agencies, and Influencers across the region to Amplify brand visibility and Secure high-impact coverage.
• Supports the planning and Flawless execution of Events, Media Visits, and Collaborations that Authentically engage Russian-speaking audiences and celebrate the Buzzing 'Vibe at FIVE.'
• Partners with internal teams, including Food and Beverage, Nightlife, Rooms, and Brand Marketing, to ensure Consistent storytelling and Alignment across all activations.
• Translates and localises Brand Campaigns, ensuring tone, personality, and positioning are Perfectly preserved to Resonate with regional audiences.
• Monitors and analyses Market Trends, Competitor Activity, and Media Performance across the Russia and CIS region, delivering Insightful recommendations that drive Disruptive growth.
• Supports content localisation across Digital Campaigns, Customer Relationship Management Communications, and Social Platforms, creating premium, engaging content that connects with Russian-speaking Guests.
