AI Consultant – Agentic AI

We are now expanding our AI Consulting Division to focus on Microsoft Copilot Solutions — empowering enterprises to unlock productivity through AI-driven workflows and intelligent automation across Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and Azure ecosystems.

Role Description

The AI Consultant – Microsoft Copilot Solutions will be responsible for advising, architecting, and implementing Copilot-based automation, AI integration, and workflow optimization for enterprise customers.

The role requires a mix of business consulting, technical solutioning, and AI adoption enablement, helping clients identify opportunities, configure Copilot, and integrate with organizational systems to achieve measurable productivity and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consulting & Strategy

2. Engage with enterprise clients to assess their digital maturity and identify areas where Copilot can drive efficiency, automation, and decision support.

3. Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to map business processes to AI-powered automation opportunities.
4. Develop AI adoption roadmaps and change-management plans for Copilot deployment.

5. Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans for Microsoft Copilot within M365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform environments.

6. Solution Architecture & Implementation

7. Design and implement Microsoft Copilot solutions across productivity suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

8. Integrate Copilot with Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and custom APIs for enhanced functionality.
9. Develop custom Copilot extensions and plug-ins to align with client-specific business use cases.
10. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data connectivity, security compliance, and governance in Copilot deployments.

11. Evaluate and fine-tune Copilot's prompts, embeddings, and generative responses to ensure contextual accuracy.

12. AI Enablement & Change Management

13. Conduct user training and adoption programs to help teams leverage Copilot effectively.

14. Create use-case libraries, productivity benchmarks, and AI success metrics for clients.

15. Partner with Microsoft ecosystem teams to stay updated on product advancements and share insights with internal teams and clients.

16. Technical Pre-Sales & Delivery Support

17. Support Innobayt's sales and BD teams with solution proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts for potential clients.

18. Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
19. Assist in preparing client presentations, RFP responses, and AI capability decks.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Technical Competencies:

• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM configuration, and AI governance principles.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Data Security, Compliance, and Integration Frameworks.
• Experience developing chatbots or AI copilots using tools like Power Virtual Agents, Bot Framework, or similar.
• Understanding of APIs, RESTful integrations, and connector development.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to convert business problems into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to conduct workshops, deliver presentations, and write client proposals.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Self-driven, innovative thinker passionate about AI transformation.

Preferred Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in AI Consulting / Microsoft Solutions / Business Process Automation.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect / AI Engineer Associate / Copilot Developer preferred.
• Prior experience in enterprise digital transformation or AI strategy consulting is a plus.
