Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Brand & Social Media Executive to manage and grow our perfume brands' digital presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the perfume or beauty industry, a database of influencers, and the ability to execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote our brands.

· Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers; maintain and grow a database of relevant influencers for brand collaborations.

· Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including product posts, campaigns, and promotions.

· Coordinate product publications, online promotions, and campaigns in line with brand objectives.

· Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics; prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.

· Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals.

· Stay updated with industry trends, perfume market insights, and competitor activity.

· Assist in organizing brand events, launches, and collaborations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or brand promotion, in the perfume industry.

· Proven database of influencers and experience in handling influencer campaigns.

· Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content creation.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

· Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Manager) is a plus.
