About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist – Lead with proven experience in the healthcare sector in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and leading social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive patient engagement, and support the organization's digital communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  • Lead and manage the social media team, ensuring timely and high-quality content creation.
  • Plan, produce, and oversee the creation of engaging content including videos, graphics, campaigns, and storytelling pieces tailored for healthcare audiences.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to optimize strategy and content.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to increase reach and conversions.
  • Ensure all content complies with UAE healthcare communication regulations and brand guidelines.
  • Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, sentiment analysis) and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, PR, Medical Experts, and Customer Experience to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Handle social media responsiveness including patient inquiries, feedback, and online reputation management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media management within the healthcare industry in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE healthcare market trends and patient engagement behavior.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale digital campaigns.
  • Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, basic design knowledge, content planning).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Benefits by the company:

Salary budget for the role is AED 15k - AED 18k (All Included)

5 days working (Mon - Fry)

Visa, Insurance and yearly Flight ticket allowance to be provided by the company.
