Job Description

360Beats is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand across various social media platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling campaigns and promotions that align with our brand and objectives.
  • Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to expand our reach and amplify our message.
  • Assist with social media advertising initiatives, including creating ad copy, targeting audiences, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Implement social listening strategies to monitor conversations about our brand and industry, identify opportunities for engagement, and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for digital media.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of copyright and licensing laws related to music and content creation is desirable
