Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Sharjah. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic client relationships within the marine lubricant sector. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also include preparing sales proposals, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Marine engineering background is a plus
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth understanding of the marine industry and lubricant products
  • Proficiency in market research, client prospecting, and sales strategy creation
  • Ability to travel and work on-site
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and basic financial principles
