Our client is building
AI-driven infrastructure
that powers human-level support across chat, voice, and email. A mix of
LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases,
and
multi-agent orchestration
- all engineered for scale, speed, and security.

Now, as they expand into MENA, they're looking for a hands-on technology leader to
build from the ground up
: the team, the architecture, the standards, and the local footprint.

You'll sit at the intersection of
engineering, AI, and enterprise integration
, steering how major organisations adopt and scale applied AI.

This is
greenfield, strategic, and execution-heavy
. You'll architect systems, guide enterprise discussions, and grow a high-performance technical culture across the region.

You'll get a slice of the pie too - with solid equity being offered as part of the package.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead technical strategy and delivery across engineering, solutions, and customer onboarding
  • Architect backend and infrastructure systems (Python, Go, , AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Oversee AI deployments - integrating
    LLMs
    ,
    RAG
    , and
    vector search
    into production environments
  • Define MENA-specific best practices around
    compliance, data governance, and uptime
  • Build and mentor a local engineering and solutions team from scratch
  • Partner closely with global ML and product teams to localise and optimise features for regional markets
  • Act as the senior technical voice in enterprise conversations - guiding decision-makers and demonstrating the art of what's possible

What You Bring:

  • 8-12 years of software engineering and architecture experience in large-scale or distributed systems
  • Proven leadership background in a technology-driven or AI-first company
  • Founder mindset - previously working in successful start-ups / previous role as founder/co-founder is a big plus
  • Deep understanding of
    Cloud Infrastructure, LLM integration & orchestration frameworks
  • Fluent in
    Arabic and English
    , with strong communication and influencing ability.
  • A builder's mindset - comfortable operating in
    high-growth, zero-to-one
    environments
