Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Dubai. The CTO will lead the technology strategy, oversee software development, define IT architecture, and guide product development to align with business goals. Key responsibilities include managing technical projects, ensuring scalable IT solutions, and driving innovation across all technical functions. Collaboration with stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and ensure technological compliance will be central to this role.

  • Experience in Project Management and delivering robust technical projects
  • Expertise in IT Strategy and defining technological roadmaps
  • Strong understanding of system Architecture and scalable solutions
  • Ability to foster innovation and lead cross-functional technical teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership or senior technical role, preferably within consulting or similar industries
