Business Development Executive – Freelancer (Commission-Based)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Naser A. Al-Muharrami Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (Outsourced Broker) to support the firm's growth by generating new clients and increasing revenue within the UAE legal market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate and secure new clients for the law firm

  2. Promote legal services across multiple practice areas, including:

Litigation, Civil, Family, Labour, Marine, Arbitration, Execution, Criminal, AML, and Crypto-related cases

  1. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential and existing clients.

  2. Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to attract corporate and individual clients.

  3. Coordinate with internal legal teams to ensure proper client onboarding and service delivery.

  4. Represent the firm professionally in business meetings, networking events, and client discussions.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience with a UAE-based law firm.

  2. Strong understanding of legal services and the UAE legal environment.

  3. Demonstrated ability to generate business and close client engagements.

  4. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (Arabic is an advantage).

  5. Bachelor's degree or a relevant professional qualification/certification.

  6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently on a freelance basis.

Compensation
