Job Title: Site Engineer – Fit Out Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years Location: DUBAI Department: Projects / Operations Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Manager Job Summary:

The Site Engineer – Fit Out is responsible for supervising and executing interior fit-out works at project sites in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of all site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, materials, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, MEP teams, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor work progress, manpower allocation, and material delivery schedules.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material requisitions.
  • Resolve technical issues, site conflicts, and design discrepancies in coordination with the design and engineering teams.
  • Verify subcontractor works and quantities for progress payments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed works.
  • Maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in fit-out / interior construction projects (preferably in the GCC).
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and construction methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

  • UAE or GCC experience in interior contracting companies.
  • Familiarity with local authority regulations and inspection procedures.
  • Valid UAE driving license (optional but preferred).

Pay: AED8, AED12,000.00 per month
