Fit-Out Project Engineer (Site Execution & Team Management) – Dubai, UAE

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)

Must have UAE Driving License + car

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete fit-out works (from demolition to final finishes).
  • Manage and lead the site team; assign and follow up daily tasks.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors (MEP, gypsum, flooring, painting, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule daily work to ensure timely execution.
  • Supervise on-site progress and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality and industry standards.
  • Handle permits, inspections, and approvals (DM, Trakhees, DCD).
  • Monitor budgets and control project costs effectively.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers for smooth workflow and timely material delivery.
  • Review and select materials with good design sense and quality awareness.
  • Work on shop drawings, verify site accuracy, and ensure proper execution.
  • Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and ensure alignment with site needs.
  • Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Architecture or Interior or Civil engineering .
  • 5+ years experience in Dubai fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge in gypsum, MEP, painting, flooring, and interior details.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, shop drawings, and project scheduling.
  • Has material selection taste and experience.
  • Familiar with DM/Trakhees/DCD regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • UAE Driving License is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
