About the Role:

OWS Automotive Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Group Finance team. This key position supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the organization. You'll manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate month-end reporting and maintain the calendar
  • Consolidate financial results across business units
  • Prepare P&L, balance sheets, and cashflow at Group level
  • Prepare reporting packs for internal stakeholders
  • Assist accountants in audit working papers and coordinate with external auditors
  • Support timely release of financial statements
  • Develop feasibility models and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions
  • Deliver variance analysis to senior management
  • Manage performance and cashflow forecasting processes

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CFA preferred)
  • 5+ years' experience in financial analysis, reporting, and audit coordination
  • Proficiency in financial modeling/budgeting, especially Excel
  • IT/ERP awareness (Focus, Xero, Orbitz, Zoho)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
