strong Head Chef and kitchen leader

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef (minimum 3 years)
    in a leadership role
  • Strong
    leadership skills
    with the ability to build, train, and retain kitchen teams
  • A
    system-driven mindset
    : SOPs, recipes, standards, routines, and control
  • Experience in
    high-volume casual / premium dining
  • Solid background in
    food cost control, waste management, and kitchen efficiency
  • Ability to work proactively and
    prepare kitchens for new outlet openings
    , not just run daily operations
  • Experience in opening or supporting
    new kitchen launches
    is a strong advantage
  • Background in
    healthy, modern cuisines
    (Pan-Asian / Middle Eastern flair is a plus)
  • Excellent organization, communication, and ownership mentality
  • UAE-based candidates only

What you'll do:

  • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with clear structure and standards
  • Build and develop a
    strong, reliable kitchen team
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and discipline across all shifts
  • Control food cost, waste, and overall kitchen efficiency
  • Implement and maintain SOPs, recipes, and compliance standards
  • Prepare and support kitchens for future expansion and new outlet launches
  • Act as a leader and role model, setting the culture inside the kitchen
