Position Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong F&B background to lead and execute end-to-end (360°) marketing strategies for the company.

The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, capable of driving brand growth, increasing footfall, building partnerships, and delivering impactful campaigns across all channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of the food & beverage industry, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has proven experience in events, collaborations, and brand partnerships

Key Responsibilities

1. 360° Marketing Strategy


• Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.


• Manage marketing across digital, social media, PR, in-store, outdoor, activations, and events.


• Plan and manage annual and seasonal marketing calendars.

2. Brand & Campaign Management


• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all touchpoints.


• Conceptualize and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.


• Work closely with design, content, and social teams to deliver high-quality creatives.

3. Events, Partnerships & Collaborations


• Proactively source, negotiate, and manage events, pop-ups, brand activations, and sponsorships.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships (malls, corporates, lifestyle brands, platforms, and communities).


• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and media partners to maximize brand exposure.

4. Digital & Performance Marketing


• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and paid campaigns.


• Monitor performance metrics, insights, and ROI across digital channels.


• Work with agencies or internal teams on SEO, paid media, and analytics.

5. Operations & Cross-Functional Alignment


• Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and procurement teams to ensure campaigns are operationally feasible.


• Support new branch openings, fit-outs, and local store marketing initiatives.


• Align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and customer acquisition goals.

6. Budgeting & Reporting


• Manage the marketing budget efficiently and track spend vs ROI.


• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.


• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and results

Requirements


• 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or retail.


• Strong experience in 360° marketing (online & offline).
• Demonstrated success in events, partnerships, collaborations, and activations.


• Solid understanding of consumer behavior in the F&B industry.


• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.


• Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
