Overview

You will analyze, optimize, and standardize business and operational processes, lead transformation projects, mentor teams in Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen, and use analytics to enhance efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve processes to boost efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and digital transformation, driving optimization and innovative solutions.
  • Lead and coach Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Innovation and Sustainability projects, track Groupwise KPIs
  • Train and coach employees in Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Support data analytics initiatives and develop business cases for scaling insights.
  • Drive change management, align stakeholders, and share best practices across the Ali and Sons Group Companies
  • Measuring the capability of internal processes against the targets
  • Annual hard & soft savings delivery

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and Digital Transformation. Green or Black Belt certification is a significant plus
  • Strong track record in transformation, Lean and Six Sigma projects
  • Expertise in process improvement, digitalization, project management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong coaching, problem-solving, and influencing skills
  • Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
