Overall, Purpose:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for attracting and converting clients for ROOF COMFORT units, managing broker relations, and ensuring the completion of sales from the initial inquiry to the signing of contracts and payment collection. The individual in this role will support the sales process and be the primary point of contact for clients and brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate, Follow-up, and Manage Inquiries:
Proactively generate leads through various channels and follow up on client and broker inquiries.
Maintain a high level of communication to foster and build strong relationships with potential clients and brokers.
Present Project Details:
Effectively present project details such as location, layout, pricing, payment plans, and legal status using approved marketing materials.
Provide clients with comprehensive, up-to-date project details.
Prepare Tailored Sales Offers:
Customize sales offers and proposals for prospective clients based on their needs and preferences.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that proposals are compelling and align with the company's branding and offerings.
Coordinate with Accounts for EOI Payments:
Collaborate with the Accounts department to ensure timely collection of Expression of Interest (EOI) payments from clients.
Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately.
Coordinate with Operations:
Work closely with the Operations team to manage reservation forms, gather client data, and prepare the necessary SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) documentation.
Guide Clients through the Reservation Process:
Assist clients throughout the reservation process, providing clear guidance until SPA signing and receipt of the first payment.
Ensure clients fully understand the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Maintain Broker Communication:
Maintain consistent follow-up with brokers and keep them updated on the project's progress, new developments, and any changes to the terms or project details.
CRM Management:
Ensure all client information is accurately entered and maintained in the CRM system.
Regularly update records and ensure proper documentation is archived as per company protocols.
Client Support & Issue Resolution:
Address any client concerns or issues in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide clients with post-sale support and follow-up as required.
Collaboration with Marketing & Legal:
Collaborate with the Marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional materials.
Work with the Legal department to ensure that all contracts are in order and aligned with company policies.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Provide insights to management and adjust strategies based on the market environment.
Authority:
- The Sales Executive is authorized to communicate directly with clients and brokers regarding project information, offers, and sales processes, within the framework approved by management.
Interfaces:
- Marketing Department: Collaborate on qualified leads and promotional materials.
- Operations Department: Coordinate on reservation forms, SPAs, and data integration.
- Accounts Department: Manage payment processing and ensure timely transactions.
- Legal Department: Support in contract management and legal matters.
- Customer Service Department: Address and resolve client queries and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales, Development company

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
