Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, for a Sales Partner to join the Salonist sales team. The Sales Partner will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting Salonist's platform. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, managing the sales pipeline, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate closely with marketing and support teams to identify growth opportunities and maintain a strong client base.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Networking, and Negotiation
  • Experience in presenting software solutions and a demonstrated ability to close sales
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and basic analytics tools is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • A strong understanding of the beauty and wellness industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
