Position: Team Leader – Credit Cards & Personal Loans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of direct sales executives focused on credit cards and personal loans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize team performance.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to improve sales performance and customer service.
  • Monitor team productivity, address challenges, and ensure team members meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Ensure that all sales processes are carried out in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Drive exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Team handling within the credit cards and personal loans banking sector in the UAE only.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully leading teams in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and flexible with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve conflicts, and drive team results.
