Business Development Manager - HR & Recruitment Services (Abu Dhabi)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This pivotal role will focus on driving our business growth through strategic client acquisition and expanding our market presence within the HR and recruitment services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential clients to establish relationships, understand their HR and recruitment needs, and schedule meetings to discuss customized solutions in UAE market.
  • Conduct detailed market research to assess industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands. Develop and implement tailored strategies to attract and acquire new clients in the HR and recruitment space.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the company's client base by offering innovative and value-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and fostering repeat business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding market dynamics, competitor activities, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and professional networking events to enhance the company's visibility and strengthen professional relationships within the HR and recruitment industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, must be within the HR, recruitment, or staffing industry in UAE's market.
  • Strong knowledge of the local HR and recruitment marketing within UAE, with a clear understanding of industry trends and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans, leveraging insights from market research.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with a strong focus on achieving growth targets.
  • Previous experience in attending and presenting at industry events and client meetings.
  • Must have UAE driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
