Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Reservation Sales Agent with experience in holiday homes or short-term rentals. The ideal candidate will handle booking inquiries, convert leads into confirmed reservations, and provide an exceptional guest experience while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on property availability, rates, and services.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations, achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update booking records in the reservation system.
  • Collaborate with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure property readiness.
  • Offer upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Follow up with guests before and after stays to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or reservations, preferably in holiday homes, short-term rentals, or hospitality.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with reservation and property management systems.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume inquiries efficiently.
  • Professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservations sales or hospitality.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Persuasive and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with booking platforms and property management software.
