Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will work directly with clients to guide them through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, conducting market research, providing property consultations, organizing property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and procedural requirements. The Sales Agent will also develop strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive future business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and build professional relationships
- Experience in Sales and Insurance to facilitate property transactions and provide informed guidance
- Ability to engage clients and teams through effective Training strategies
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and local regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is beneficial
- A proactive attitude with excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
