Job Title: Head of IT

Location: Onsite – Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 20,000 to 27,000

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of IT to lead IT strategy, AI-driven process automation, and CRM implementation initiatives. You will strengthen IT operations, optimize workflows with AI, enhance automation across departments, and ensure seamless CRM and system integrations.

This is a strategic and technical leadership role, requiring hands-on expertise in AI, automation, IT administration, and CRM implementation (Zoho preferred), along with the ability to drive digital transformation across the organization.

erred)Lead full lifecycle of CRM implementation: planning, customization, automation, and optimiz
