Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
SSRS Report Developer
with strong expertise in
Banking Regulatory Reporting (BRF)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining regulatory reports using
SSRS, SQL, and Power BI
, ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality SSRS reports for regulatory and compliance purposes.
  • Build and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and data extraction workflows.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to support regulatory analytics and MIS requirements.
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Compliance, Finance, and Data Services teams to understand reporting needs.
  • Translate complex regulatory guidelines into accurate technical reporting structures.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and validation across all regulatory submissions.
  • Support periodic regulatory submissions such as BRF, Basel, ALM, and other mandatory returns.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely fixes.
  • Assist in automation and optimisation of recurring regulatory reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience in SSRS report development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SSRS, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Proven experience in Banking Regulatory Framework (BRF) or CBUAE regulatory reporting.
  • Sound understanding of banking compliance, finance data, and regulatory submissions.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting logic.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and optimisation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight regulatory deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

*Good to Have*

  • Experience with Basel, Liquidity, Capital Adequacy, Risk, or ALM regulatory reporting.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools or automation frameworks.
  • Prior experience working in UAE banking environments is a plus
