We are looking to hire an
Executive Assistant to the Director of Talent Acquisition
who will be responsible for providing high-level executive and operational support, coordinating key projects, and ensuring seamless office operations for our client based in Abu Dhabi – one of the largest companies in the region.
The role sits within the
Talent Acquisition Department
and reports directly to the
Director of Talent Acquisition
.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of
12 months
and is renewable.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize commitments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate operational projects, track progress, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for the department.
Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
Support Talent Acquisition activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and basic recruitment reporting.
Assist with planning and coordination of team events, initiatives, and departmental processes.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional business etiquette.
Experience in project coordination, reporting, and operational support.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR systems or ATS is a plus.
Availability:
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
