JOB SUMMARY
The HR Admin will support the HR team in executing day-to-day HR and administrative functions. The role focuses on maintaining accurate HR records, assisting with payroll and employee documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting employee engagement initiatives and handling administrative HR tasks to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain job descriptions.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and support ISO documentation.
- Handle HR admin tasks such as letters, memos, and visa coordination.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and integrity in handling confidential data.
- Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
