As an
HR & Admin Officer
, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating with hiring managers and managing the full recruitment cycle, including salary proposals, contracts, and employee file preparation

Creating, maintaining, and safeguarding confidential HR databases and filing systems

Running payroll administration accurately and ensuring timely processing with strong data management

Supporting all phases of the annual performance management cycle

Ensuring HR policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently applied

Managing contract preparation, renewals, and the full offboarding process

Overseeing government relations and ensuring all residencies, licenses, permits, and related documents are updated and compliant

Providing guidance and interpretation on HR programs, policies, and procedures

Handling local employee relations and addressing day-to-day HR matters

Contributing to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

Supporting additional HR and administrative duties as required by Country Operations and Regional HR


We're looking for someone with:

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field

3 to 5 years of proven HR experience, with strong knowledge of UAE labor law and local regulations

Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and initiative
