We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Tadbeer Center team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Tadbeer services, generating new leads, and ensuring excellent client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and a background in sales or customer service within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market Tadbeer services (recruitment, visa processing, renewals, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer inquiries and walk-ins.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone calls, social media, and in-person visits.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up for renewals and referrals.
  • Create and post marketing content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Coordinate with management for promotions, advertisements, and special offers.
  • Prepare daily reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and achieved sales targets.
  • Participate in local events or community outreach to promote Tadbeer services.
  • Work closely with the reception and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in a Tadbeer Center or recruitment/service industry.
  • Languages Required: Arabic and English (fluency in both).
  • Preferred Nationalities: Egyptian, Syrian, Lebanese.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and Tadbeer/MOHRE processes is an advantage.
  • Computer-literate and familiar with social media marketing.
  • Presentable, confident, and target-driven personality.
