Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Dubai for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strong customer relationships, and presenting tailored solutions from the ALEF 360° platform. Responsibilities also include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery. The role requires the ability to meet sales targets, create strategies to expand the customer base, and stay updated on market trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in client relationship management and closing deals.
- Ability to develop customized strategies for business growth and attain sales targets.
- Knowledge of technology markets, including IoT, AI, and automation, especially within the real estate, facility management, or sustainability sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends for strategy development.
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
