Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management is highly desirable to guide and support team performance.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving markets.
  • Prior experience in outdoor sales is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • High school diploma or above; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
